Estate Clean Outs

 

We will have your house empty in 1-2 days in order to get your biggest asset, your home, on the market.  

Our team sorts everything left in the home into donations, recycling, garbage and environmentally sensitive chemicals.  Items are removed, donated and deposited in a responsible manner.  

On completion, our Managed Moves Estate Clean-Up team hands over a “broom clean” house ready for market.
 

 

  • Sales of marketable items
    It is our goal to sell marketable items with values over $100 through local vendors and online marketing within the clean up period.  75% of all proceeds of sales will be itemized and credited to your bill.  
     

  • DONATIONS
    We utilize and arrange charity pick ups as possible within the clean up time period and any donations beyond that our clean up crew removes and donates the day of the clean out.  On completion clients will receive all tax-deductible receipts for donations made.

  • Recycling and Garbage
    We recycle as much of the non-donation items as possible through ECR (Environmentally Conscious Recycling) and responsibly dispose of environmentally sensitive chemicals at Metro Transfer Station.
